One of the best yoga studios in LA! Lou, Emily all the teachers and the rest of the crew here are very welcoming. The studio itself is beautiful and designed for sound healing. The gong and sound baths are extremely powerful and accessible to everyone. It's an experience like no other. Free parking in the garage through the alley behind the studio.

Went for my first prenatal yoga class with Nola. Prior to becoming pregnant, I regularly practiced, but due to this being a high risk pregnancy, I took my whole first trimester off from any yoga or exercise. Coming back into it in the class felt so great, and having other pregnant women around made the class feel more engaging and supportive. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and Nola was a great teacher. I'll definitely be back.

Love this place! I went to a sound healing class for the first time a few weeks ago, and have gone back as often as I can ever since. The studio is very clean and the vibe is super relaxing. I always leave feeling amazing. I love the incorporation of astrology - I always feel super in tune by the end of a session. Looking forward to trying out more classes here too!

Beautiful space to practice. The instructor was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The flow was intentional and supported by light music which I really enjoyed. I also enjoyed that the instructor offered intentions, ideas and some yoga philosophy as we moved through the flow but also left space for us to cultivate our own experience.

One of my fave yoga spots in LA! I started going in 2020 when I used to live a few miles away. I really love Jess and Shaun’s vinyasa classes! I’ve also taken Sound & Meditation with Lou which was lovely. The sound of the gongs are so cool! Overall, very nice space with a variety of great classes/instructors! Highly recommend. All of the instructors are friendly so you’ll feel very welcomed even if you’re new or a beginner. They provide blankets/blocks to use for free, but I think mats are for rent. They also have validated parking in a garage. No water fountain so bring your own water bottle.
