I absolutely think Melissa is such a beautiful soul and an amazing advantageous business woman. It hurts me to come on here and see these terrible reviews that I don’t believe she deserves. I’ve worked with Melissa for a few years now and she has always been on point. So sad to see what’s happening here. Keep your head up Melissa! You got this! Please give me a call if you need to chat. So sorry this is happening to you and the amazing thing that you’ve been building.

I definitely do not recommend working with Reverence and Melissa Arnold. A few months ago I signed a contract for the distribution of pigments. I deposited several thousand dollars. Unfortunately, to this day I have not received the ordered and paid pigments. Melissa is constantly explaining herself, every now and then there is a new problem, she is aggressive, sends inappropriate and unprofessional photos... I was robbed. The case will end up in court. The lawyer is already notified. The case will be reported to the police as theft. I do not recommend.

October of 2022 l made a contract for pigments distribution with the company called REVERENCE BEAUTY from USA . I paid 5000 dollars on 24th of October and was promised to receive products within 2 weeks. Time was passing and l started to worry, the company owner Melissa Arnold stopped answering to any messages, her husband as well. Apparently there are no one else in the company who could answer any questions. I've got even more worried and understood that something is definitely wrong when l was contacted by another distributor, they have exactly the same issues. Now we are 4 distributors from different countries with similar issues. Some of distributors waiting for their orders since last year April-May!! The company owner replied saying that her all family was ill which is understandable, then she disappears then she says that they are packing and preparing orders, then dissapears again, when l ask about tracking number no response. Another time she comes back with excuses that they dont have bottles to fill in the pigment because there are delays from where she orders them. Since it has been long time ( over 2 months) and so many excuses and lying l did ask for refund which she refuses to give, she says "It does not exist"! Since l asked for refund l didn't hear from for 3 weeks. All the conversations were unprofessional and arrogant blaming everyone else. The company owner feels she didn't do anything wrong. This situation cost me so much stress, money and time. I hope after this post people will be aware of this company before making any decision. After posting this post on another huge pmu group there are much more people who are in the same situation!!

Everyone deserves a chance to get it right, this woman is amazing at what she does definitely give her a shot!!!
