My 16 and 13 year old boys took lessons for the 1st time and fell in love with surfing that day. Uncle Phil & Corky’s is awesome! Easy to book the lesson. They offer a great cash discount to an already reasonable price. Phil was super chill and made them feel so comfortable. My boys said, he’s “a great instructor”. He was patient and helpful but also gave them the opportunity to take a little control when they were ready. We will be back for future lessons next time we are in town.

My 5year old daughter and my nephews did corky Carrol’s jr surf camp this summer. I was really pleased with how the team handled so many small kids running around. My daughter caught more waves everyday than I ever do and was excited to go back every single day of the five day camp. When I asked her what her goal was on the 3rd day of camp, she said “to catch as many waves as she can.” This is the way. The instructors were all kind and understanding and really encouraged kids to get out and in the water. Highly recommend. She’s already asked to do it again.

We had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, fun, and very accommodating. My daughter's surf instructor was amazing, and she had a great time. She learned a lot in 2 hours, and we were very happy that we booked a lesson.

Absolutely love these guys for the surf lesson! They were incredibly helpful out of the water and in the water! We were a large group of 9, and they had three instructors who made sure that we all caught waves! Would recommend and when we come back to CA in 2027 will reach out again!
