Great clases!!!

I really appreciate that the studio helped check me in so I wouldn’t be charged a $28 cancellation fee on ClassPass. They also mentioned that if I purchased a package, I could switch to any available class. However, my experience that day was frustrating due to communication delays and lack of transparency. I arrived late due to unexpected traffic and was told I could switch to another class. Since there was no front desk staff at the time—only the instructor teaching—I waited for 40 minutes, hoping to join the 10 AM class. When the front desk finally arrived, I was informed that the class was already full, meaning I had waited for nothing. The next available class was at 12 PM, which didn’t work for me due to work commitments. Additionally, when I tried to purchase the package, they didn’t accept Apple Pay or Apple Card, which was not communicated beforehand. If I had received a quicker response or clearer information earlier, I wouldn’t have wasted so much time—50 minutes driving there and 40 minutes waiting. I respect the staff and understand that unexpected situations happen, but better communication and transparency would greatly improve the customer experience.

Amazing classes! I absolutely love this studio and the instructors. I’ve had issues with a sleepy right glute and always struggled to activate it properly, but the instructor was so helpful both during and after class. They really work you SO well—I always leave feeling sore in the best way, which tells me the workout was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this studio for a challenging and supportive workout!

Always an amazing workout here! Have been to classes all over LA, but this is the place I come back to the most. The Lagree method truly targets all muscles and has toned my body like no other workout. Highly recommend!

The classes here are killer and a great intense workout! I love Caitlin's classes -- I was new to the mega machine, and she knows how to explain form/ give adjustments.
