Rokah Karate

My family has been part of the Rokah Karate community for many years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experiences we've had there. My son attended Rokah Karate for six years, and my daughter just started gymnastics at Rokah. Avi and Ruth are not only excellent teachers, but they are also wonderful role models for children. They have a way of making every child feel seen, heard, and valued, which has made a tremendous difference in my children's lives. Their passion for what they do is infectious, and it's evident in the progress my kids have made under their guidance. My son started training at Rokah Karate when he was 5 years old (he's now 14) - what started out as "fun interest" in karate has turned into a love of the sport that has allowed him to regularly compete at a national and international level. This has been a direct result of the nurturing and passionate environment of Rokah Karate. Beyond adeptly training in the pre-requisite skills needed to progress in Karate, Sensei Avi and Ruth also focus on character development and community. They have been so welcoming and supportive to us and our family - we very much appreciate our extended "Karate Family." Rokah Karate is a true gem that cares about its students and the community in the most amazing ways.

I am very happy to see how my son builds self confidence and strong motivation thanks to the karate classes at Rokah Karate. Sensei Avi and Sensei Ruth and their team have created a strong community among kids and their families. Outstanding Karate Dojo for Kids I have been highly impressed with Rokah Karate Dojo where my 3 kids, two sons and a daughter has been practicing karate. The dojo creates a welcoming and disciplined environment that focuses on both physical skill development and character-building values. The instructors are excellent—patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the kids’ progress. They have a deep understanding of karate and know how to teach it in a way that makes the classes both fun and educational. My kids always looks forward to the sessions. The dojo’s curriculum is well-structured, focusing on the fundamentals of karate while encouraging students to push their limits. I appreciate how they emphasize not only techniques but also respect, self-discipline, and confidence, which has been invaluable for my children’s growth both in and out of the dojo. The atmosphere is supportive and family-friendly. The other parents and students are respectful, and there is a strong sense of community and special friendship , we just came back from a trip to Arizona where the kids participated on a karate competition and even got some medals It was not only exciting but inspiring also to see how all the students and their parents encourage and support like a big family and all that made our trip to be unforgettable . we might participate on this USA team on at Spain Since joining, my kids has made incredible progress, not only in terms of karate skills but also in discipline and focus. The rank advancement is fair and well-deserved, which motivates the kids to keep improving. It’s clear that the dojo fosters a love for martial arts and personal growth. I have two girls attending this Dojo for a few years now. They enjoy and love coming to their classes. Also competing in competitions. The senseis are very attentive. Would highly recommend.
