I absolutely love that gym! The classes are consistently amazing, and my favorite coaches, Alex and Omar, truly stand out. They take the time to demonstrate every move, making their intense classes easy to follow. The atmosphere and music are incredibly energizing, keeping you motivated throughout the workout. You don’t need to be a boxer to enjoy the classes—just show up, have fun, and get an incredible workout!

First time at Boxing Union. Loved the energy of the staff overall. Omar and Myles great instructors. I can tell he loves what he does by how he engages with us!

I am in my 40's and perimenopausal. My energy level varies and my body weight fluctuates. I can have raised body temperature at any moment and may need to step out of the room for air occasionally. The coaches always understand and have always checked in after the session ensure my health and comfort with the team. I really enjoy the positive energy by all staff here. It's infectious, and is a great energy to walk into at the end of a long work day. The coaches are always very helpful and non judgmental of anyone's skill or athletic level or body type. You feel included seen and motivated. They all share the love when it's time to work and kick our butts for 45 mins. I was hooked after my first intro session and I have been active member for 9 months.

Amazing place! Great for women and men. I didn’t get her name but the woman with a great smile who checked me in is amazing. She made me feel welcomed in the space, gave me a walk thru, wrapped my knuckles and taught me how to, and also joined us for class hitting all the moves so smoothly! She is great, an expert, and I appreciated meeting her there, especially when this space is usually dominated by males, glad to see her rep this place! First time, joined the beginner class with Omar and he was very energetic and inspiring. The class felt like a community that made this place feel welcoming for a newcomer like me. I walked away feeling inspired. This coach had everyone going at the right beats and taught the class in a way that was fun, challenging, and incorporated a ton of boxing mindset/techniques fundamentals to beginners. My class had mostly filled with women, and they were awesome. Would recommend! Parking lot is available. It is not free, but if you validate your parking, it would be $3.00, instead of the insane $15. Make sure to bring your card, they do not support virtual wallets.

Took Lo’s class She’s truly amazing, she explained how everything works and even gave modifications when needed. Super motivating, and supportive. Loved the energy! I almost died but I loved it
