Cozymeal Cooking Classes

This was a surprise Christmas gift for my son’s family. Pierre exceeded our expectations. He is so personable and included all family members including my 10 year old granddaughter in preparations. The meal was incredible with fresh fish and seasonal ingredients. Pasta making was super fun. I highly recommend this Chef!

Our Head Chef for the class, Kamilla, was so kind and patient. She was very informed on the topic and techniques! We did the sushi class which was about 2 and a half hours long, and even though it took a while to cook all the courses I left feeling super stuffed. Very well spent money for the food and great time!!

Chef Francesca has a unique ability to create a warm and engaging atmosphere, making everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their cooking skill level. The dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, showcasing Chef Francesca talent and creativity. It was a joy to learn from such a skilled chef. Thanks to Chef Francesca my husband and I left the class inspired and eager to recreate the dishes at home. This cooking class was the highlight of our celebration, and we can't recommend her enough! Never done anything like this and really enjoyed it! Chef was so knowledgeable, warm and helpful. While I first I wasn't sure about learning in a personal kitchen, it actually helped me envision how I would do this in my own home. Got a lot of info on ingredients, equipment, prep techniques and serving tips. The 3 other people in my class were super nice and we all had a great time. It was a fun and I learned a lot!

Chef Luana was a great host and instructor. We made spaghetti and fettuccine. With her help it turned out amazing and very tasty. We even got to take some home with us!
