I’ve loved Dancer University’s programs for years but this new studio exceeded all of my expectations! Beautiful large studios, cool lighting everywhere, and a community like no other. Nicole, the studio owner, is a fantastic dancer and an even more impressive teacher - she was my first salsa teacher, and was able to take me from zero to a dancer with lots of attention to detail and support. Dancer University also hosts classes with world-class instructors and dancers. Studio rental price is more than fair, and I’ve met so many wonderful friends and professionals through Dancer University’s classes and events. Highly recommended!

I love the new place in Westwood! It has 3/4 big rooms, for series or drop in classes, they have dance socials and there is enough space to dance, you connect with a big supporting community, make new friends and dance partners. The instructors are very good prepared and take certifications in Spain and all over the world with different techniques to teach you good foundations!! I couldn’t be more happy of take the decision to join almost 2 years ago! Come and join us, we will receive you with a cross body lead or a bolero. (If you don’t know what that is, you will learn) 😉

extremely nice, charming and fun instructors who really care about their students! class schedules and offerings are really flexible if you can't commit to a progressive class for a few months. also has many socials and practices that come with being a student, highly recommend! there is also free parking for students in the back 😀

Great dance studio and community of dancers. The new location in Westwood is a very slick, large space for both classes and monthly socials. I highly recommend classes with Nicole and John, as I've found their attention to detail and enthusiasm for Bachata Sensual very educational. Great community of dancers overall.

Great vibes!! Fun place to dance, socialize, and try new things. Skilled and passionate instructors at every level. Price point most people can afford. Finding community takes effort in LA -- this is somewhere that I feel welcomed and it brings a smile to my face. The music is awesome.
